Sharon is a Certified Integrative Body Psychotherapist, holds a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and is currently working on her PhD to further research in the field of Body Psychotherapy.  Sharon has been a mind/body counsellor for ten years specializing in the areas of abuse, trauma, addictions, depression, and anxiety.
